Lollipop's Playland & Cafe Parramatta

My toddler had fun playing here. The place was neat and clean and not that crowded. It is $14.90 for 3yrs and above. Adults can accompany the children for free. There were few playing machines and chocolate picking machines with just 1$ or 2$ coins you can operate them. There was no ball pit. There are few massage chairs for adults for 1$-2$ per minute. Can have birthday parties for our kids and they have 4 to 5 party packs from which we can choose from.

A big THANK YOU to Dax who was very helpful and accommodating with my 2 girls who got bears from the Build a Bear workshop at Lollipops Playland Parramatta. Staff are friendly and it's such a vibrant place. Overall, a great experience, and 2 very happy girls with their teddies!

This place is better suited to kids 6 and up, who can take advantage of being supervised at a distance and are a lot more agile. The teacup rides are complimentary and probably the best this place has to offer.Front desk staff are courteous, but the cafeteria staff on rotation are experts at ignoring customers in line while they dawdle on whatever is that has their attention.No food and shoes allowed in play areas, but this is not enforced, leading to some very filthy areas. For this reason, would not recommend bringing kids 2 or under. They can only really make use of a small area. Our daughter picked up a skin rash just from lying on the foam blocks.

Had such an incredible time attending a party here today!The staff were all so organised and kind, and our party host was amazing. Even though it was busy, everything ran so smoothly, and all the kids had an absolute blast.I did however, feel extremely bad for the ladies at reception as they had to deal with some extremely rude customers. I don't understand why someone would visit a KIDS play-centre and yell and scream at staff who are doing their best.Hats off to them though, for doing the right thing and asking them, respectfully to leave. After witnessing this, I tried to console the girls at reception who were left in tears.All the staff here are amazing, and I couldn't recommend this place more! Our party was amazing. Thank you :)

It is a nice place to celebrate a kid's birthday. Kids can enjoy it a lot here. So many things for them to play and then themed rooms to cut a cake. You can't bring food from outside. You can have snacks, pizzas and sandwiches only here that too from their kitchen. Also you can take kids apart from parties for a fun day here.The staff is good and courteous.

Came for casual play, not happy with the cafe staff. Stood there for more than 10 min, no serving even they could see me standing there. Was told no juice, asking for swap to baby chino, staff seems not happy….male cafe staff, need more training on courtesy

Not enough staff to run all activities and ensure that older kids and even parents take off their shoes before entering play areas.Fairly priced and value for money. However could cleaned, balls in the ball pit were visibly dirty.
