Terrible!!!!! Would not deal with Matt again. No communication - does not provide the service that you pay for. Refuses to refund your money , they don’t have contract with terms for you to sign . They only respond by phone when they feel like it . They lie about the service they provide. They state they can train horses - but he can't!!! I paid $3200 for a service THEY DID NOT PROVIDE!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a wonderful Christmas carriage ride around Bendigo. Santa has a great sense of humour and shared stories about the horses and what he does.

Highly recommend. I had booked a Cinderella carriage for my wedding but the rain also decided to bless us! The coachman was soo lovely and had a pleasant personality! Very caring and considerate and brighten everyone's mood! Thank you

This Company refuses to refund your money , they don’t have contract with terms for you to sign . They only respond by phone when they feel like it . They lie and don’t tell you that the carriage you booked for your wedding that it’s not available, Matt lies tell you you’d getting refund then only get back $150 not the $1500 you payed . Don’t book this company

Matt and his horses were absolutely fantastic! They were the best of my suppliers and gave a princess vibe. It was a dream come true and really fulfilled all my Cinderella dreams! Thank you so much! I'm attaching some photos taken by our photographer (Dreamlife Photography - Melbourne). Highly recommend they were wonderful!
