Updates stock regularly and has many lines and products not found at other retailers. Although it is a really “fun” environment like Toys R Us used to be, it’s also collector oriented especially for Transformers and Marvel/DC/Star Wars

The absolute greatest toy shop I've ever been to in Australia, the range is incredible and some super rare hard to find toys are there. The prices are great and the layout of the store is well throughout which makes it much easier to shop! I'll only shop at Toy Mate from now on!!!

Brought my daughter here for to spend her birthday money. They have great prices and loads of toys that are “in” these days.Staff are helpful, and not like other toy stores where they harass you and follow you around the store.They have an area you can build with LEGO, which was awesome !!Will be back in future for more toys.

Went here about 3 times a couple of months ago, staff are literally so helpful and nice, had a chat with me about the thing I was buying since they had some of the things I was buying and made me actually want to come back a couple more times. 100% recommend this store, great customer service! Also really really well stocked and a wide range of products + sales!

Bought a trampoline from this store, less than a week later in was a $100 cheaper. I rang the store to enquire about a possible store credit was ask if I had built it, I reply yes was told by the store manager there was nothing he could do. He advise myself to contact customer service because they had more authority in these area’s. Once I finally got a reply more two days later I was told that promotion run at different times and if I spoke to the store manager. I said yes they said it was more a store problem but said they would ask their supervisor if anything could be done. Two days later finally got a answer which they said unfortunately promotions run at different times. Many other organisations I shop with have price match guarantee within their own stores and others for 30 days plus. I will no longer shop with Toymate and strongly advise others shopping with a organisation that has little concern for their customers.

Fantastic place to shop great range of toys at both great prices you wouldn’t shop anywhere else for your items, shop seems bigger on the inside then what it does on the outside and staff are just as helpful, loyalty program is fantastic and easy to obtain. Thank you toy mate

Ordered a rocking horse for my toddler niece. Only sent 1/2 of my order. I followed them up and they told me that they don’t have the parts that I need to put it together! Why would you sell something that you don’t have all the parts for? Don’t waste your money here, BIG scam if you ask me! We have one very disappointed kid, thank you so much Toymate!

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a $1k playhouse in November with written confirmation it would be here before Christmas. Early January and still no sign of the product. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never ever buy anything else from them again. Be warned!!!

Fantastic toy store. They have every kind of toy from A to Z. Such a fun rainbow entrance. Truly like you're walking into a toy wonderland! My son was in awe of how colourful this place was, with all the different toy sections too. If you're looking for the right toy, look no further, you will find it here. Only 4 stars due to the worker not interacting at all, even when we asked how they were upon entering, no answer. I know they're just trying to chill and had a headphone in, but it does set the mood. Anyway, great place!
