Great donuts every time. Our go to for a special family treat. In fact I'll be heading in for a dozen today! Have also enjoyed the coffee and donut special. Staff are always polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Best value if you are buying a dozen and they are just as good the next day. I'm not going to mention our favourites or they might sell out on me!

We love Walkers Donuts. We always buy our coffee and donuts here when we shop at Westfield. The mouth watering selection of donuts is very impressive and they have a loyalty card where you get free coffees and a free cake and coffee after so many visits. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Good food, but they need to update their UberEats descriptions on hotdog options, states it's a kransky in the description but when it comes it's a hotdog.

The worst service I never had. I was waiting on the queue for my order for more than 10 minutes. One of the staff said to the customer behind me, ‘one minute, won’t be long.’ She even didn’t have any eye contact with me. Then I thought I might be the next one. A minute later, that staff came back and asked the customer behind me straight away. She totally ignored me. I was so angry with that. Thank for the lady who was behind me and mentioned that I came first. I am not invisible, I were already standing there for more than 10 minutes. Why that staff should ignore at all.

I ordered half a dozen nutella doughnuts for delivery. They were sold out of the small Nutella doughnuts so instead of contacting me to let me know and check for alternatives, they decided for me and send 3 big one. Of course only one of them Nutella, the other two jelly filled doughnuts. I don't like jelly filled doughnuts at all. Deeply disappointed. First and last time ordering from them.
