Excellent experience with the construction of these beautiful townhouses with Makray Homes team.

Used this builder for building two houses around 45 sq. which is big some of money. they were good with speed however, too many stuff ups. in the end basically I had no option to accept what was delivered to save my time. some of the issues where Hallway wall not being straight, Roof visual sag which needed to be inspected by surveyor and told to keep an eye. too many finish issues. poor paint quality (found buckets of Bunning trade paint at place, was told duplex to be used) , very poor finish of robes, Tiles were scratched via trade taking shoes filled via mud.In the end when I called them to come and have a look at roof which visually looked to be saggy there was no one to attend site for over two months and I had to push them real to come and inspect. however, when owner came to site was to ignorant of the fact it did not look straight and couldn't give me cause. then I had to call surveyor to come and have a look and even he saw that and advised me to keep an eye. refused to repair plaster minor cracks under maintenance period. and was too rude and used such high tone which I can't even describe.In the end I realized I could have done better with my research and should have chosen another build. There are too many trades leaving negative review too for them and its all kind of making sense now. Trades are the one who actually does most of job on site not supervisor or owner I guess if you don't have regular and can't keep them happy how to deliver a nice product or service to client. Me personally will not use them again after the treatment I got as client

Makray Homes is a lying deceitful company that rips sub contractors off or will find any excuse not to pay their trades, I have seen this first hand. Do not associate yourself with this company, they will only cause you stress and ongoing issues if your a trade.

Hi he just finished my friends project the work was great and did finished the project on time even in the lockdown time .You can not make everone pleased as people need to understand making a project does require lot of effords .Seen other review from customer did,nt surprise that people will pointout on some silly things .What builder has done is never appreciated even though they did a good job.

We recently had Makray Homes Construction complete a complete master bathroom renovation. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design, our finished space was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. The team of employees was great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. We were then sent to various vendors who they work with. Working off our agreed-upon budget, each had a price range for us. You can stay within that or go above. It was a great pleasure to finish our work with them.It is a nice company to proceed with new projects.

Very Good and prompt builder,I am a subcontract cabinet maker for makray homes for 2 yrs now ,no issue with payment,if he promise the date,he will defiantly pay, every builder/business have a cash flow issuein Australia anyway,

Pls avoid this builder at all cost. I purchased a new home and there is a hump on the ground. They refused to fix it even with builder warranty and said “other guy did the work and I don’t know how to fix”. Totally irresponsible and miserable just to deal with.

ZERO STAR. DO NOT TRUST THEM .Stay away from this company. They will force you to work unsafe conditions and when you refuse to work they will terminated your contract and use it an excuse to not to pay. So unprofessional people. I worked in their two projects .(Berwick 6 units-Ringwood 5 units).They didn’t pay my two invoices . I’ve heard that they also didn’t pay some other tradies. They will always ask you extra work and never pay for it.Poor quality houses and they go cheapest materials.
