Dr. Chris Ross was wonderful to deal with and saw my teen daughter (at night for no extra charge) within a few days to discuss and treat her acne.Dr Chris was extremely professional and happy to spend time answering questions.Highly recommend avoiding the long waits for face to face local appointments (wherever you might be located in Australia) and booking through Dermo Direct.

I cannot put into words how amazing this service is and how relieved I am that I booked. I have been suffering with eczema for nearly 20 years and it has slowly gotten worse to the point I couldn't move without irritation. My 17 year old son needed some help with his acne. The wait for an appointment at our dermo was months away. As he’s in year 12 it can be tricky making these appointments as something can come up at school and we need to cancel. The online experience was fabulous, I could access a doctor without a long wait and could have the consultation without disruption to his school or my work day. Dr Chris was very thorough and clear in his explanation of options, side effects and the way forward. The prescription and instructions were emailed through straight away. An excellent service for this kind of issue, I’m grateful it is available.

Dr Ross was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our computer link up did not work well but he rang Kevin and explained things to him.
