This place is a rip off…We had two bikes go in for service. One was in need of oil and a check-over, and one had issues with its gears where it would not change and had back brake not working. We went in for the service and was told it wouldn’t be much. Came back to see a bill for $384. The invoice showed they charge $165 for 90 minutes of work and $18 for a simple chain. A note that was on the invoice showed that the issues with the second bike’s gears was still not fully fixed, but rest assured, we were still charged full price. Very expensive and improper service- would not go again.

I came with no intentions of purchasing a bike, but I was sold by Stu who’s been so helpful and knowledgeable. His honest opinion and I can tell that they’re not there for profit but they’re there to help the cycling community. They’re a gem.

I came in with a bent disc rotor and it was fixed and diagnosed for free. I can tell this place values customers more than making a few bucks and thats what makes it so great. All the staff are very friendly and I will get my bike serviced here from now on.

I love how staff know their products. They can tell you pro and cons for your purchase or your fixing option. Then you decide knowing what to expect. No fooling around and I love that.They have been looking after my very old bike for many years, recently purchased a brand new one that has been recommended by one of the staff member. It is the perfect bike for me I just love it. Thanks team :)

I bought my bicycle which is a Coda Jamis commuter cycle (I call her Bluebell) here three years ago. Annually I get her serviced and they do a great job - I get a discount for being in the Velo love club :) can't recommend enough. These guys do their job so well.

Charged $84.50 for a a new tyre, tube and labour. Tyre not fitted flush into wheel and tube missing dust cap. Bloke seemed very uninterested.
