Drove half an hour to Berwick- arrived about 1030 on a Thursdayto find a cheery sign in the window advising Come on in we're open" and a firmly padlocked door.Another 'family emergency'?Here's a tip - if you are advertising opening hours then BE OPEN!A note on the door asking you to ring a mobile and someone will come and open up is not the same thing!"

Decor My Villa Tiles Furniture
We purchased a 9 piece space saver outdoor setting from Decor My Villa on the 30th of October. The glass table top was wrapped in plastic. We took the plastic off the glass and the glass shattered. We phoned immediately and told them what happened. They refused to replace the glass or refund our money. We have been calling for almost three weeks. 1 call was returned where they said the manager will call. We have not heard from them since. They do not wish to honour their warranty. They must have insurance in place. Do not purchase from this company.

I arrived here at 1030am on a Wednesday and the place was locked up. Called 2 phone numbers to only leave a message. Not happy. No one has called back and it's now 1.20pm.

Great service both in store and delivery. Purchased a out door dining table,chairs and a picture frame for my gallery over 6 months ago. Still looks amazing! Highly recommend
