Not helpful when I returned a pair of slippers/ moccasins,. Firstly one slipper had a knot inside the shoe, Greg informed me of the simplicity of rectify this. The returned slippers had not been worn(taken out of the plastic bag though) but of course tried on. The slippers were out of shape, and very wide, and unwearable . This did not seem to worry the owner, who when I offered the shoes to him so he could pass on to someone, he certainly was not interested. I left theslippers on the outside bus seat for someone to take .

A true, communal brick and mortar experience. First told me to try return the shoes, but when I told him I couldn’t was honest about his expectations of success. Did a brilliant job, going above and beyond the one damaged shoe to put preventative methods on the other. Great price, had a lovely chat with both of them on my return. Can’t advocate enough.

I'm so pleased there is a good shoe repair place near me! I'd much rather get my shoes repaired than replace them - and it's more cost-effective. I've had the soles replaced on boots and uggs and they always last longer than the originals! High quality workmanship and excellent service. Definitely recommend.

My granny and I were greeted with a friendly hello and a smile, good old fashioned service! My leather bag was expertly stitched up for me within an hour, which was most appreciated as I was only in Melbourne for the day. Also got some great advice and coloured wax polish to clean up some scratches on my red leather boots. When I move to Melbourne I'll be back with any repairs I need, and highly recommend this business to all. :)

Please check the price before you get your shoes done. I have got two pairs of shoes done recently, simple job just put an extra layer on the original soles. Got charged more than $100. For two pieces of thin layer glued on. I can't work out how could it be so expensive! They are actually more expensive than my shoes! Very disappeared at the price.

Picked them based on reviews and being open on Saturday, and glad that I did! Turned my 2 pair of shoes around in 2 hours when I mentioned they were my work shoes. Lovely and friendly service, great quality work, fair price. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the work done on my shoes. This store is run by an old fashioned, knowledgeable “cobbler”. The new heels on my Aquila dress shoes are great and the insoles (and advice) for my RM Williams have resulted in me being able to wear the boots again without getting plantar fasciitis!
