Definitely a Go-To place to prepare for obstacle races specially for Spartan race.It's a family owned business who has done numerous races. Which makes it more appealing as you get to chat and get tips from the owner/experienced person.I've been here with my mates a number of times and definitely worth the drive.If they can sell electrolytes and protein drinks, I would not hesitate to support the business.It's quite an inspiring family business actually and friendly couple.

Burns Outdoor Obstacle Training
Great outdoor obstacle training space! There's Ninja Warrior type obstacles like the warped wall and other obstacles to prepare you for obstacle course events, like monkey bars, rings, traverse rope, cargo net, warped walls, rope climb and so much more! The couple that own, built and run the property have many years of obstacle event experience are welcoming and lovely people. Kids are also welcome as they run school holiday programs.

This place is amazing. A real Ninja Warrior course on the outskirts of Sydney. Something for all skill levels. Take your own food and drink. Great for families and groups.

Fantastic range of obstacles, and nice to be outside in nature. I loved it, and so did my 15yo and 11yo. Friendly owners too. Highly recommended.

We love everything about this place. Fantastic obstacles to encourage kids (and adults) to challenge themselves.The place is so well run and the hosts are so lovely and friendly. Wish we lived closer!

Burns Outdoor Obstacle Training
Fantastic place for kids to experience risky play which is so important for their development in a safe and supervised environment. My boys ( 9 and 7 ) give it a 10 out of 10. Highly reccomend.
