Excellent as CeX stores always are. Lots of items, from games and DVDs, to consoles and other hardware. Excellent prices, I recommend these guys.

Literally the most disgusting store in Erina Fair. All the products in the glass case are putrid! Half the controllers have broken joysticks, unclean internals and just an overall build up of dirt. And the worst part, they sell it for a price similar to retail price. If I wanted to buy a controller, I would at least buy a new one that didn’t look like it had bite marks in it. You guys overcharge for cosmetically flawed items and it is wrong!

The worst experience I’ve had at a store. Got it as a gift and was only bought a few weeks before Christmas. My mum, Assuming everything was ok with when bought from the erina store. Open it and there were cracks and a big bend in it, tried plugging it in and nothing works only the light flashes. The manager wouldn’t give us any returns and or refunds because they believed we did the damage. I couldn’t believe it, just wanted a good gift for Christmas and what I get is an expensive broken machine which they claimed they check before selling anything. Absolutely horrific customer service, never coming here again.

Price stickers over the titles of games.

4 weeks ago I was absolutely disgusted after entering this store to do some business.A young “lady” wearing what looked like a sheepskin jacked had no interest whatsoever in being polite, giving any kind of even remotely decent customer service, not a smile, not a hello!!!! She tappped her fingernails on the counter as she found any excuse not to help to get rid of me. I couldn’t believe it!!!! She is definitely the worst experience in my life of any kind of customer service I have ever had. So I’m writing this to warn the public….. do not go to this store!!!!! Trust me!!!And to you Ben, I believe you are the manager, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!! Or she will RUIN your store and whatever reputation you have left.

Pack up the whole shop. Knew I wouldn’t like it the moment the dreadful red paint hit me across the head. Sheepwool Jacket Lady was terrible (looks like bad experiences with her are synonymous amongst customers), she tried to rip me off/steal from me by lowballing me and not accounting for one of my games (spiderman ps4/$20). Aside from the dishonesty, the laziness of the employees was also on full display, “you can only trade in for one of store credit or cash, not both”. Bad experience all round, took my business to Eb games.

I've gotten 2 controllers from here and neither of them worked when getting the first one replaced I asked them to test it first and then said they didn't even have a cable for it this is beyond lazy

The manger is a piece of work just go there a few times and you will see his true colours pretty much one of those how can we say like a lot of employers they seem to hire just very not friendly not helpful anti-social pretty much a dork and loves to spread that im the manger and i say what goes dude needs his head checked or someone is going to definitely put him in his place he's just unprofessional and just generally a person i assume a lot of people would have just kicked around and picked on most of his life for just opening his mouth in other words he's just another one of those oxygen thief's in our society
