I am very pleased to give a 5 stars David Ma, building manager of the Vertice. He is very profissional, knowledgeable and helpful. He has taken excellent care of our building and solved all the issues presented. It is always a blessing to find building managers like him.

Unprofessional building manager Munir Kamandi. He is dodgy, rude, arrogant, lazy and completely incompetent as a manager. Issues with the apartment, good luck getting any support from this sad man. He goes out of his way to make his tenants lives harder, unless he gets gifts and then the dodgy manager will give you special treatment. Makes this company look dodgy having this dude employed

I moved into Skyview in January. I found Kristy to be very prompt, efficient and friendly.

Just want to say a big thank you and a hallelujah for bringing in Kristy. She has helped me the day she has come in. Every time and every problem my husband and I contact Kristy and she is onto it right away. I really do hope that Kristy does stay because she is doing a wonderful job!

David Ma is a helpful building manager, I live in the Seldon neighborhood, if you encounter any problems he will be the first to provide solutions and help, so that you feel safe and at home. There are many countless examples, one of the most memorable ones is: one weekend at 7 o'clock in the evening, I went out to leave the key at home, very helpless to try to contact David, he immediately provided the lock company to dock with me, and comforted me if there is a need for assistance in the future, no matter how late you can call him, even after working hours, he will answer the phone and assist me to solve. That night, the staff rushed over to help me open the door so that I wouldn't have to stay in the hotel. David Ma is a trusted and professional and efficient building manager.

I’m the resident in Prime. And Pacific Building Management Group is our buildings’ strata management.My family and I want to thank you our building mangers Kristy and Benjamin who help us a lot. We live in this community since our apartment is settled. All the services from Kristy during these years are so professional.
