This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Not only was the product exactly what I wanted and more, their customer service is outstanding. I had to change the delivery date at the absolute last minute (morning of the delivery) and the staff member who assisted me (Carly?) could not have been more accommodating. The change was made with grace and I was so impressed. Thank you guys - I'll be using you every time from now on.

These ladies are so helpful. Every time I want to send a gift basket I always seem to want to make changes. It’s no problem ever, they always are willing to help and give me ideas to ensure the person I’m sending it to will love it. They always do!

Stay far away from this business.Their advertising on social media’s and website listings are not accurate.Once you order they don’t communicate to you regarding delivery. If you want updates you have to chase them which are 9/10 ignored.When I ordered they missed items, gave me wrong items and didn’t follow delivery instructions.When contacted for refund they have ignored me and been outright rude.They are unprofessional and refusing legally entitled refunds.They tell you they have proof they ordered and packaged correctly and then never send proof and ignore you.Stay far away, they have been reported for their practices and if you order and don’t get what you ordered they won’t refund you and you’ll have to go through the same stress that I am.I am a disabled woman who has been caused immense stress by this business due to these concerns. They don’t care about their customers or their customers legal rights.Avoid and shop elsewhere so you don’t end up like myself.

Not happy where basket was placed and still left wondering how on earth it got there. They didn’t return my calls to explain why and no sorry. Was delivered to my house and not the home it was supposed to go to. Dreadful consequences with my neighbour once I kept ringing the company and the sender who was also rude.
