If you’re looking for the absolute best in assistance and support then Gavin and Miriam, at Sunnybank Hills, are the guys to go to.These two go above and beyond expectations. Both are honest, personable, proactive and professional in everything that they do.

You will fail to obtain any employment if you stay with Help Employment & Training Sunnybank Hills.I was on their system for around six months. I opted for monthly phone call appointments but never received any after April. Last week they claimed I was never on their jobseeker system and I had to visit for face-to-face appointment. A day before the appointment, I received a phone call from the receptionist. I informed him that I was unable to make it. He asked if I had a medical certificate and hung up when I confirmed I had obtained one. He didn't even bother to tell me where I should be uploading the certificate. Next day, I received a phone call from the site manager who blamed me for not arriving at the appointment, said I should have uploaded a certificate to Centrelink and suspended my payments because they had a deadline to achieve. Not only did they not disclose about deadlines, but they lied about me not being on the system.It is clear that there is a lack of communication across staff members due to poor management styles by the site manager. The high turnover rate of staffs supports this as you will be speaking to a new staff every time you call them up. Unfortunately, jobseekers are the ones that will suffer the full blow of their internal issues.Trust me. I would strongly advise this location.

Am beyond grateful for the team at Help Sunnybank Hills. Miriam has been my job coach since my previous one was moved and Miriam along with the rest of the team have been nothing short of fantastic.It has not mattered if I have called and Miriam has been unavailable or even not there, the rest of the team have gone above and beyond for me.Highly recommend Help Sunnybank as they treat the clients as people and not as just numbers in the system.

I am so grateful to Miriam from the Sunnybank Hills Office. I rang the office one day to reschedule my appointment with my job coach and she was the consultant that answered the phone. She advised me that my job coach was unavailable however instead of just taking a message she took the time to engage with me. Miriam really took the time to listen and gain an understanding of the kind of job I was looking for and the type of industry I was interested in. We discussed my previous experience and skills. I felt that because Miriam is really invested and wants to see people succeed she referred me to a job that I eventually secured. Help Employment & Training is the one of the best in them job .after pandemic I lose my job and they help a lot to find my way an handle my life . Now I have a good job . Especially thanks to Emira the professional and caring lady who help me and others a lot.
