I had a Grohe kitchen mixer than was over 3 years old. The hose split last Friday. Yesterday I reported the problem without any push back. Had a case number instantly. Received an email. Someone called to verify the process. Later that day another call... a contracted tradesman is in the area and he can come now. Knew the product, had the part. Fixed in 5 minutes. I could not be happier with a the people and process. Thanks to all.

Reece Plumbing are a bunch of Sharks, if you don't have account with them, they charge you triple the cost of any other plumbing supplier.Complete rip-off merchants and couldn't give a rats that you're a qualified tradesman.Go elsewhere, seriously!

I have been into the shop a few times and the service was good unfortunately the last few times I have been served by one very intolerant and unhelpful guy, I consider myself to be an easy customer but it didn't matter what I asked he told me he couldn't help end of story.Today was the final straw and I won't be going to Reece again.

We received good assistance when pricing some items around the store. We didn't buy on this occasion; however the staff were pleasant and assisted with pricing, brochures and offered to locate stores where items were on display if they didn't have them themselves.

The team was so helpful in finding replacement toilet seats for a hard to fit toilet. Went above and beyond to open the boxes check measurements. Rang an interstate store to check supply and even ordered the courier pick up prior to taking our money. Thanks

I ordered some little bits from the trade department. They said we will call you when they arrive. Waiting....Waiting.... and twice they never called. When I went there they had the bits for me but forgot to call. Probably because I'm not an account holder. Poor service Reece..

Disappointing experience. I went there looking for a small part from the trade desk.. Was belittled by the salesman who was obviously frustrated with my lack of knowledge. Unhelpful and rude . Will go across the road next time.

I ordered in products, taps for 2 bathrooms. The plumber told me the order was wrong. I tried explaining that to Mentone Customer Service, who didn't believe me. She was condescending and I have never had such an offensive experience in my life. She was going to make me pay the difference on the products they incorrectly supplied. When she eventually spoke to the warehouse it was resolved. (PS I have never written a negative review before and I would suggest you find a different Store to visit).

Would certainly recommend Reece Mentione. Brad from the trade area helped me solve an issue I had finding a suitable toilet suite to replace an existing one that had an odd set out distance. I brought the toilet suite which was in stock and the necessary pipe collar. Brad even brought out the toilet suite to my car. Service like this is very hard to find these days.
