Excellent͏ and best estate agent!Karl͏ has been very professional, diligent, helpful, having great local knowledge and a great communicator. He’s in fact the best estate agent we have encountered so far. We would highly recommend him to any prospective vendor!

I wish zero stars were possible. I have been a client of Raywhite Castle Hill for 3 years now and it has been a debacle the entire time, they cannot pay bills or even get the correct amount of rent off tenants. I wish I knew what their management fee actually covered?!?!? I even emailed my notice to cancel their property management contract and nobody (owners, managers or property managers) contacted me to correct things or even at least say they were sorry. I feel very let down and disappointed by their service or lack there of.

Great͏ agent and great guyAs a buyer, you meet a tonne of dodgy and classless agents who sell you a bunch of lies or drag you along for a ride. Some even call one day and forget your name the next...Karl is miles different to the other people I have spoken to.As a person, he has charisma, pleasant, well mannered with a sense of humour.Alongside his personality, he has a great understanding of the local and surrounding market (Hills and surrounds) and is always willing to share any insights he has.I am glad to be a purchaser from him and of course, R&W Karl & Sara will be top of mind when I sell 10-15 years later for sure.Lauren Vella, who works with him is also pure class. She's a fabulous individual who is a great agent. She's accommodating, flexible and not afraid to do the hard work behind the scenes to make things happen even after the sale has gone through.Speak with Karl and/or Lauren - trust me, they will look after you.

Great͏ Service Even After Settlement!We looked at hundreds of properties in The Hills over a 6+ month period. The team at Ray White Castle Hill always stood out from the other agencies in that they are genuine agents who will try their best to help you find a property. We looked at properties with Kael Sharp, Joel Simpson, Karl Anthony, Sara Perry & Daniel Llamas. All of them kept us up to date with any new or off market opportunities that came up that would suit.Karl Anthony reached out with a property that he said we had to see as it met all of our needs. It turned out to be the perfect property and we are still over the moon with our purchase and the service we received from Karl, Sara, Lauren and the team at Ray White Castle Hill.

Rented from these guys for about a year, pretty useless with maintenance requests and require constant follow ups (took us nearly 6 months to get our cupboard door fixed after it fell off), easier to just fix most things ourselves, avoid them if you’re renting.

Told multiple times to not call......do not take no for an answer..... sweet talking Christine quickly flipped and turned cocky and rude when I reminded her that I was not interested in them or their services.Reply to reply: Why cant you just ask your useless staff Christine ... who did she speak with?

Joel was a wonderfully informative and helpful agent. We will definitely access his industry knowledge when we are ready to move on our property sale and purchase. He will be our agent of choice.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Joel Simpson for a purchase. He was honest genuine and very ethical and extremely helpful in a very challenging sale. He maintained his calm despite the fact that my legal representation refused to exchange contracts by digital exchange. He guide us through the sales process and was very factual and helpful. The campaign was intended to be an auction but changed to private treaty and he was very honest when we put offers in saying he is not deciding on path owners take. We approached his honestly in the process. He was very ethical never disclosed what other bidders offered.

Took the rental management services from Ray white castle hill, the updates were never shared timely.I was so lucky that the service was moved to Jessica Prior. Since she took over the service is always so quick and everything is so properly managed. I don't even need to call them as all the details are properly available in my inbox. The property inspection reports are so detailed that i just love it and appreciate the hard work they do to make landlords and tenants communication so easy.She deserves a lot more stars than what google allows me to provide her. Thanks again for managing it so well.
