I regularly shop at Kings. The staff are knowledgeable and always ready to assist. The location is handy and pricing competitive. Product range is great particularly for items needed on a larger property - fencing, wood, irrigation and tools.

Absolutely A class service from Andrew at the Ebenezer store. I walked in to upgrade my kitchen and walked out with a whole new kitchen but at an unbelievable price! What was amazing though is the time and care shown, I was consulted with and Andrew made sure every detail was covered. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on - highly recommend both the Ebenezer and North Richmond stores!

This family owned business still manages to feel like a family owned business which is why we shop there. Too many businesses lose their soul once they take on a franchise label. Kings keep it real. A solid business.

Just served by a young bloke (daniel) who was very helpful. Helped me load up bags of cement and besser blocks, saw the tyre pressure was low on the trailer so set up the shop compressor and sorted me out. Great young guy! Thanks mate

Have been totally blown away by the amazing customer service provided by Kings for helping us make the right decisions for our first timber deck - thanks Andrew! We went with the Intergrain Universal Oil with Dusky Oak colour additive and used the Intergrain brush to apply it, which was so easy (a short handle option would be a great idea). Here's a pic of some before and after spotted gum - oiling all 6 sides before fixing to the steel deck frame.

PATHETIC. Could not get ANY level of service. Will not bother going back, very uncomfortable situation.Tried to converse with 4 different staff members who lacked professionalism & general friendliness.Message to the management: Train your staff & monitor their level of customer service & general engagement with customers visiting THEIR store supporting YOUR business.Support local fail..

Highly recommend Kings Hardware due to consistent service and reliability. The staff always respond efficiently to any enquires and orders are always delivered as requested. The extensive range of products and ongoing service will always bring us back to Kings. Its great to have a professional hardware that has product knowledge within our local area.

My Dad bought a bag of Grassmaster here last week. Upon opening the bag at home the fertilizer had turned to mud and smelled very very bad. The reason for this is because King's leave the pallet of bags outside in the weather (rain, sun and humidity) which has basically fermented the product. Gross.He went back today and asked for a refund as the product could not be used. The person who helped him first said a flat out NO and then accused my Dad of perhaps using the fertilizer and trying to scam a refund. Seriously, the audacity to accuse someone of this is atrocious.Dad waited for the manager to finish his lunch break and he also told him NO to a refund but he could have a cheap bag of dynamic lifter. Thanks but no.Here's a couple of tips King's Mitre 10.1. Treat your loyal customers with respect (especially considering my Dad is an older retired gent!)2. Keep your products stored appropriately.We utilise King's professionally and personally, maybe we will have to rethink who we use locally from now on.Over and out,Sarah.

Great staff but for a hardware store that rarely has what I need not good enough definitely room for improvement once again I have to go 40 minutes out of my way to go to a different hardware store making me late again if I check your website before leaving and it says you have stock
