Not even worth 1 star, I walked in 9.50pmStaff didn’t want to serve me. I said I have kid he is starving but still they didn’t want to let me buy food to go. They close at 10pm but staff said they are not here to stay back after 10pm they got may thing to do before closingI feel bad for the owner, who invest lot of money for BusinessI recommend not to go to this place because u don’t get customer respect

I wouldn't even give one star rating as well. The place is good to see from outside, but the sweet taste very bitter. We tried rasmalai and kesar laddoo. The rasmalai was very dry and hard in texture, the malai was tasting very much bitter.Kesar laddoo was very dry and taste was not as expected. They are pricey, charged us 3$ each.

Looks like this place is repeating the same ignorance and reluctance to their mistakes and poor service and food. They didn’t consider kids or family needing food and stick to their closing times even if shown up before.2. I bought jalebi and the girl at the counter deliberately added more without asking me and charged more too. Repeat.3. The jalebi were cold and hard sugar inside and it’s the most worst jalebi we ever had. It’s our experience shared here but we wouldn’t go there again.

Really bad experience. No hygiene, no gloves!!! Staff is not aware of what they doing. when you'll ask for half kg sweets they will give you 700gm without asking you and charge you extra for that. And if you buy sweets to give your relatives please check the box before, because they just throw them away in box. and because its Diwali season, they are mixing old sweets with fresh, as you can see them and taste them as well.

When you read the review it seems like it should be a worst place to go but when we have tasted the sweets, WOW so great authentic taste. I live 5 hours drive from this shop but will definitely come back. Keep it up.

I took some sweets for the new year celebration. I know the jalebi are $28 per kg however she scales that with $31.5 per kg. As the amount is less I didn't bother to argue and spoil my new year eve mood. The sweets are ok not great. Chamcham and jalebi were good however Kaju katli was too sweet and Kesari Ladoo didn't have any flavour of Kesar. A good service would have made that sweeter. Try to practice some business ethics. I would try one more time. If that repeats then it's all done for me.They do have good varieties of sweets.

I bought Rasmalai yesterday - so dry and not AT ALL good. They should have a money back policy because this is not Edible! Like why am I chewing a sponge! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!P.S. The white in the photo is the dry spongy rasmalai that is so hard that it didn’t absorb the juice.

Very bad customer service, went there last night. The lady at the counter was rude, there were no greetings and when I got my order it was just thrown on the scale. Also the desert I got is somehow stuck to each other and is as hard as a stone.

Good experience unlike other reviews. Service was a little slow but that was expected given how busy it was. The thali was delicious.

I had ordered dahi bhala for take away but when I opened the box there was just two bhallas no yoghurt no garnished on top. Taste was also bad. It's not worth to spend money on this shop
