Water Plus Irrigation - Irrigear

Water Plus installed a home watering system 5 years ago and all was good. Late 2020 we needed some work done on the system and I rang them. I was told that they were too busy with commercial customers to look after our problems. I tried them again this week and got the same story, effectively, you are on your own. This is woeful service and reflects poorly on their business and management. If I could give less than 1 star I would.Update 17/03/2021 I contacted ADMOOR PLUMBING and described the issues to them including sending photos. Their serviceman called exactly when they said that he would and fixed all the issues in a professional and efficient manner. Hats off to them and shame on you Water Plus for such pathetic treatment of a customer.

I was looking for a part today that could have been expencive but Greg at Water Plus told me I could just purchase the component that was broken not the entire thing! I was really happy with that and their very friendly service!

Good range, friendly staff, pump servicing can be a bit slow.
