Sleeping Giant Moore Park

Avoid this company at all costs, two months in, scheduled 4 deliveries, still cannot simply replace and take the faulty item away, dealing with very rude, abusive, horribly delivery persons and the customer service who said it was my responsibility to reserve the suitable parking for a big delivery truck!? so if you live in an apartment complex or busy suburbs go with the alternative companies, not worth the headache.

I recently purchased bedding from Sleeping Giant Moore Park and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The quality of the materials is outstanding and the design is beautiful.Not only is the bedding top-notch, but the customer service I received from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from answering my initial questions to ensuring that my order was delivered on time.I highly recommend Sleeping Giant Moore Park to anyone in the market for new bedding. The quality and customer service truly can't be beat. Thank you, for such a great experience!

Atrocious service and prices. The saleswoman Vicky promised, over a dozen times, that taking away the old mattress was included in the price. It was not. Do not believe a word anyone here says.

What an absolute joke. Purchase a BRAND NEW mattress, gets delivered and it is full of stains! When you complain, they suggest you sleep on said mattress until they can resolve. I didn't purchase a factory second, floor stock or second hand mattress - how dare they suggest I sleep on one which looks flee infested and full of stains. When can they resolve the issue? They don't know because they have forwarded it over to head office who will contact you *when they can* Whilst complaining - sales assistant who has no idea on how to even form a coherent sentence has the audacity to raise his voice and talk over you. At least be apologetic about the situation instead they are patronising and rude! Still waiting for dirty mattress to be collected as well as my refund to be issued! Looks like i'll be going to fair trading to deal with this fraudulent company as I have given them enough time to resolve and instead they have used that time to be completely disgraceful! My suggestion to everyone - do not shop from this store. Poor quality products and lack of service following purchase

This is the second time I shop in this shop. Great service I have experienced, the staff here always helpful and friendly. Good quality mattress and best customer service experienced.

Absolutely horrible experience! Would’ve given less then 1 star if i could.We ordered furniture, got promised it’ll be there in 1-2 weeks, then got told we can have the off floor stock. After that, the sales rep told us he’s doing us a more then massive favour with the sale and we should be thanking him for the sale, when it was actual Black Friday sales.We were offended and felt like absolute trash.No customer service, no customer skills, absolutely horrible experience, had to go to another place.

Absolutely horrible experience! Would’ve given less than 1 star if I could.We got the price quotation at the first time and we decide to pay at second visit 3days after the first visit. Another sales rep told us that it won't be the final price, we have to pay extra 80 dollars which had been told to waive off on the first visit. and he kept saying they are offering the best price and we should be thanking him for the cheapest price, We were offended and felt like absolute trash. I searched for the same product on the Sleeping Giant website. If I bought them online, the cost is only 10 dollars higher than the quoted price (unconsidering the online discount). No point to purchase anything at the Moore park store, especially after such a horrible experience. The sales rep in the Moore Park store had no customer service, no communication skills, and not even greeting the walk-in customers. Except for the first visit, absolutely horrible experience in this store, I will recommend going to another place or just shop online. No need and no point to visit the Moore Park store.PS: the sales rep also refuse the request for us to talk to his manager. If I am the manager of moore park store, definitely fire him for his hard work on destroying the brand reputation.
