Initially found this place based on recommendations from the MB community. Been back ever since even though it's not close by for me. They know their MBs extremely well, have great service and are very competitive in pricing (highlighted when I took my car to a local mechanic for rego and they had a lot of trouble identifying and exorbitant pricing on fixing some issues which Sydney Star understood from a phonecall and charged a fraction of the former quote)

I took my car in for a service and they changed the engine oil and oil filter and the engine oil was leaking after the service. I took my car later to havethe oil leak fixed and the rude and had no patience. My never leaks water or oil and after you guys did the service it's leaking a lot of oil from the engine

Literally the best mechanics we have used. Honest, professional and incredibly kind. Go out of their way to fit you in and know everything there is to know about a Mercedes. I want to only buy Mercedes in the future so that I can stay here! Love them.

Found this place that was recommended by someone on a forum from 5 years ago because I got an error on my old Mercede’s dashboard.Glad I did check it out because it was friendly and profession, throughout the whole process from the reception to the workshop,I didn’t have a reservation but when I called them they still slotted me in, checked my car on the same day and gave me the most accurate turnaround time.The workshop have the most in-depth knowledge with any Mercedes cars and I’m looking forward coming back to have my car serviced by them again.
