We ordered two security doors from Platinum Screens in Pakenham. We were extremely impressed with the service that we received from all the staff there. Nothing was too much trouble for Ash the gentleman who came out and measured up and quoted us for the doors, and subsequently installed them. A top product at a good price with great customer service, delivered in record time, what more could you ask for!

Highly recommend Platinum Screens to everybody. Had 2 security doors & 7 fly screens fitted. Could not fault the professionalism & service we received from enquiry stage to completion. Huge rap for Don Kathri who measured, quoted and fitted our screens. A very good tradesman and an asset to the company.

Terrible service. Was 20 minutes late to a 9am appointment, when I was told they would just fit me in as they had another appointment at 930am.I was then told the cost for a standard door (before having anything be measured or even all of the doors looked at) and that I would need to leave a 50% deposit (so much for a free quote). I told the gentleman measuring that I would need a couple of days to have a think and discuss with my partner, after which I was met with haste and utter disgust that I wasnt committing to anything on the spot. The gentleman then asked if he needed to measure anything - isn't that the idea so that I could get an accurate quote? It wasnt until we got to the last sliding door that he tells me the door is not a standard size so the price would be different - good thing he measured the doors really....?After filling out his paperwork in his book, he then asks me if I will contact them in a couple of days to organise the doors, without actually telling me what the final price would be. I had to actually ASK what the quote was, but received no paperwork or anything to support this.The entire encounter left me feeling quite confused and uneasy and needless to say, I will not be ordering doors from them.I had previously had a quote from a different company, who were more expensive, but their service was for more friendly and professional. Needless to say, I have gone with the more expensive company as their service was a far more enjoyable experience!

Ash from this company was amazing, arrived early to quote me for a new security door & a couple of fly screens. Quote was provided on the spot & competitive. Products were ready when he said they would be and installation was a breeze. I couldn't be happier :)I highly recommend this company, they provided an amazing customer experience. Ash even made a quick adjustment to an existing door to help it close a little easier for me. Thank you again you get a 10/10 from me.
