Had the worse experienceIt took a whole month to realise they didn't want to quote on Silestone and Dekton products.The consultant didn't show up for our appt at their office and didn't let me know, I drove 90mins to that appt! So not to waste a trip, I spent the time at reception to work out and write down measurements of what i needed. I received an email about a small techniucality i didnt write down : each piece needs a 3mm gap for cutting... there was huge amounts of space on sheet however. anyway I did eventually get a revised quote Quote but it was misleading with incorrect product thickness and incorrect pieces- 4 times ! I tried again via email with same measurements of pieces needed, I got return quote 8.10am next morning with no detail of my requirements but quote had doubled.Dont waste your time

The team at Uniq stone have been fabulous. They worked with our changing time lines, their product is great quality. The final installation was faultless. Really happy with Uniq Stone, would highly recommend and will use them again.

What a flawless experience it has been and how fortunate I feel that my cabinetmaker recommended Uniq Stone to supply and install a new Caeserstone bench top to my existing kitchen. I can't fault their customer service, their product, their scheduling, the accuracy of their check measure for what was an odd shaped bench and the final end result. And I am very impressed with their installers and their contracted sparky and plumber ... all efficient and personable. What I thought would be a messy nightmare was in fact an easy and enjoyable experience.. My daughter is now wanting a kitchen modification and she will be coming straight to Uniq Stone. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed with the quality and service of Uniq Stone. The first Caesarstone benchtop that they installed was chipped. When they came to replace the chipped benchtop, they caused more damage to my apartment – they damaged floorboards, damaged cabinetry underneath the kitchen bench in several areas (chipped laminate, screw damage, replaced broken cabinetry with pieces of wood that were too small) and failed to colour match the resin properly. It has been almost two months and they still have not repaired the damages to satisfactory standards. Would not recommend them to anyone.
