Wilson Parking - Eureka, 70 City Road, Southbank Melbourne, VIC Car Park

Wilson's single handedly ruined our night. I have used their carparks for over 6 years, with no issues booking spots across the city, even during big events.We booked here ahead of time, arrived during the grace period of our booking. No sign to say the carpark was full, spent half an hour trying to get out of the carpark after reaching the top of the carpark with many other cars, including many others who also booked to park. Completely missed our dinner reservation. Only on exit did they finally have someone at the gates directing customers away.Moved on to the next Wilson carpark. Again, no sign to say they were full. And guess what? Again, we all learnt the hard way that it was full. On the 4th attempt at finding a place, we finally got a park. Came close to being late to our show as we then had to rush there and were no longer parked in the vacinity of the building.Extremely disappointed by this situation.Called customer service during our exit from the first building. They said that they can see when a carpark is full. I said, why isn't there a sign out there so the rest of us know? Especially all of us who had booked ahead of time. That's when they said they would get someone out there at the gates.If you have the ability to see that there is no where to park. And you know people are coming in to the city on a Saturday night with PLANS. Why aren't you training staff to be more on the ball with getting their communication out to customers that the car park is full instead of allowing huge amounts of cars to enter the facility and almost damage other cars trying to turn around so they can leave.

1. No Car Park Full sign displayed.2. Gate intercom has poor quality sound where you have to turn your car off to faintly hear the operator.3. Too long for the operator to answer the intercom.4. Operator does not know which car they are talking to at the car park and lets the wrong lane car out.5. No reimbursement for inconveniences'.6. Zero customer service about complaints.7. Too long to answer calls when you phone the 1800 PARKING we don't care number.8. No option to put in complaints about the non-service provided.9. No one has accountability for the business.10. Customer service agent hangs up when they can't pursue your complaint.Wilson parking, this is your opportunity to respond about the appalling customer service, other than we are sorry!.

They changed the rules on an unannounced date so no drive up early bird. Online bookings via their app wont work if you have starlink wifi apparently. (they don’t tell you that on the app or their website and support doesn’t respond for days). No one responds to intercom on entry. just terrible customer service. Disappointing. Had used regularly until recent changes. Park elsewhere!

It was actually pretty good.$20 flat rate. I was told it was $15 but still, it was clean and my car was safe.I'm not that familiar with parking in Melbourne but no complaints here.

Booked online a week ago for last night and there were no spots left. Very disappointing considering I paid in advance. People who have booked should be given priority spots, not those who rock up on the day. Hope I can get my refund!!

Don't come here if you have a large vehicle.Anything larger than a standard sedan is too long to fit in most parking spaces and you run the risk of being hit.It's one lane each way and the turns are tight enough that if a car comes the other way you have to wait your turn.Gets busy at peak weekend times.That said, it's a convenient, affordable location for Southbank.I'd choose Arts Centre or Malthouse over this but it's available as a last resort.

Great parking spot if you work here in the area.Very close to train station and flinders street and also crown.Well maintained car park and affordable prices. I won’t even think of parking else where.Wilson app is so easy to use and can make a booking literally in seconds.

Accidentally parked in the wrong Wilson's Car Park (we were looking for one associated with the hotel we were staying in) when we went to move our car when our hotel advised us to do so, we paid 24 dollars for 50 minutes! Despite signs outside saying parking from 6 dollars per hour! Definitely wouldn't recommend
