I will be contacting there head office to make them aware of the experience I had with staff member (Julie Anne), very rude with the customer service skills of a chimp, was arguing with me whilst serving another customer for something that was clearly her own fault. Manager (Gerard) was very understanding and took on board the facts that I had stated and advised me that Julie Anne will be spoken to, I will do my part in making sure that no other customer has to experience this.

Average at best. Hit and miss experience with some staff on a Sunday afternoon. Some are ok, whilst some lack courtesy.I wasn't aware a bag search was part of the cashier's duty, which is concerning.

My favourite place to buy all my car essentials and you be a member you are the first to know about sales and you get vouchers like $10 from time to time. Shout out to the staff yesterday who went above and beyond to assist me putting on my new set of wheel caps with no charge, the reason why I have been a returning customer for years.

I visit this store due to the closeness to me, and also the need for specific items. The interior appears to have been modified with different layout of shelving. Previously I found some items that I needed, popular with everyone, to be out of stock and the shelf empty. This was not the case yesterday, and I consider the present setup to be ideal. I've always found the staff helpful. I will continue to visit and shop at this business.

I recently visited SuperCheap Wetherill Park to get my wipers changed and I received excellent service from Marial. The system initially had the wrong wipers for my car, but Marial went above and beyond to help me. He tried several other wiper models until he found the right ones for me. Marial's dedication and helpfulness were greatly appreciated and made my experience at SuperCheap a positive one. I highly recommend this store, and Marial in particular, for their outstanding customer service. 5/5 stars!

Supercheap Auto Wetherill Park
Would of have given no stars, if it was an option. Exceptional at one thing and that is providing poor to non existent customer service. Staff at the back, playing on their phones while one person is holding down the fort on the register and can't serve you when you need items from the back. I have decided that this isn't a place I will be spending my money. Supercheap should invest in customer service training or get new staff and management.
