All the staff at Jeff Sweet Motors are very professional, polite and helpful. The call advising the car was ready for pick up is extremely helpful, to my daily planing. The work the mechanics completed was done extremely well the customer service experience was second to none. I will be returning as I have for all my vehicle needs in the past 5 years. I would recommend anyone wanting professional workmanship and respectful customer service to come here. Keep up the great work.

This would have to be the most ethical business I have ever used. Renault told me I need a new transmission - more than the value of the car, so they tried to sell me a car. I went to Sweet Motors, and they sent me to someone for a transmission as they were cheaper. Turned out it doesn't need a new transmission, so I went back to Sweet Motors, and they replaced the spark plugs and something else. That was all it needed. They knew I was expecting to pay $000's and I was charged less than $400

Jeff and his staff are great mechanics, but that is only the start. He won't buĺlshit you if something needs doing hell tell you but he won't try to constantly up sell like a lot of guys do.

Mark receives my Toyota Corolla for its service every 10000km. Although the service price has gone up ($180 to $230), that's been over 4 years! Small details like a screw in a tire aren't overlooked, and it's fixed at a reasonable cost (not like some Toyota 'fixed price' services I know).I couldn't be happier with the care my car receives, and the friendliness of the blokes there. They don't talk down to me because I'm a young woman, and they take the time to explain everything.Take your car here for its service and you won't regret it - I drive 45 min to take my car there even though I moved. This is a mechanic you can trust.
