Nice place, nice friendly and polite girl but they have no idea what a massage is. Don’t waste your money here.

The masseuse was terrible she clearly didn't know what she was doing it was like being patted instead of a massage. I kept trying to tell her to change what she was doing and push harder etc but nothing.I didn't really know what to do, so when the massage" finished I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there. The receptionist refused to give me any kind of money back or compensation and said she didnt know when the manager would be in and wouldn't get the manager to contact me or let me speak to her even though she had called her on the phone while I was there. Very dodgy.I was appalled at the service I received from her and walked away having to pay $50 for this. I tried to reason with the receptionist but she did not care.I called another of this brands store in melbourne and asked for their overall manager to call me. I was never contacted."

Really nice massage and reasonably priced

Wanted to try japanese massage, girl did not even know the difference, on top of that she was japanese. 80$ overpriced for such a bad service.Only good thing the room was good temperature.
