It's an NRMA, so it always kinda stings dealing with insurers (I jest, obviously); friendly staff and prompt service - main office was a little stuffy, but that was likely on account of the rain and humidity (and my general seething rage), which is outside their control - my premiums however... I'll stop.

Less than impressed with the branch. Drove 40 min to get there, arrived 10 min before closing only to find the place already locked up tight & no-one there. I now have to repeat the trip. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!

My tyre blew out at round about - I was zig zagging to nearest petrol station - called NRMA roadside assistance - I wasn't even a member - but NRMA lady said we can't have you stranded" - then my card was declined!!! - but NRMA still helped me get home. Went and paid next day at Coffs Harbour office - NRMA best !!!"

Absolutely useless. Anyone who has nrma insurance I'd recommend to change asap. Biggest mess around.Won't even redo a greenslip with them in the future after telling me the wrong information and thinking my car was regoed to only receive a letter to say my car as been unregistered for 2 weeks. (Yes I paid for it)Has also taken over 2 months, 6 phone calls and an instore visit for my not at fault car claim to be fixed....a VERY simple claim still no one has any idea.
