Wish we read the reviews before booking... ensuite sites should be demolished. Floor to ceiling full of mould that they are aware of as they have just painted over it. Exhaust fans don't work as they are full of inch thick dust. Told reception who couldn't care less ill get someone onto it" I replied you need to rip them apart. Warrants a call to the health department. No offer of a partial refund to only pay a standard site

These guys are seriously the best; not only is the location stunning (we woke up to a deer outside our tent one morning and the flowing stream is gorgeous!), they have well thought out facilities, a wonderful onsite cafe/restaurant, well maintained grounds and friendly staff, but they are also easy to deal with, quick to respond, flexible in rearranging bookings and always surprising us with the level of service and care they provide. You won't be disappointed at Brownhill.

If you pick an unpowered site, you’re at the very end, right next to a road which is not too busy but still had plenty of cars passing, day and night. No wifi or Telstra reception there either.Toilets and showers were nice, the pool area was good too

Great little place to stay amidst the nature backdrop. We stayed in a cabin for one night and facilities were clean and tidy and staff were friendly. No issues on our end.

Staff was amazing. We were in trouble with a broken down motorhome and very difficult finding accommodation because of the time of year. They went out of their way to help us stay safe. Can’t speak more highly of the help they gave us. Beautiful park. Lots of trees in a very well managed park.

No phone reception and the wifi doesn't connect until you pass the unpowered sites into the cabins area. Even then it drops out, it's slow, and very limited. I was unable to do something as simple as research the weather due to the poor connection on offer. The camp kitchens are all based down the cabins end of the park, a long walk from the unpowered sites that need them. The park itself is quite nice and the Cafe puts out a decent breakfast.I wouldn't go back due to the phone reception and wifi issues which they could easily disclose on their website. (They're very selective about which reviews are shown)I also wouldn't return knowing that I have to walk a long way in the open to reach a cooking space during poor weather.

The Manager called Julie is quite an unpleasant woman. Not friendly, comes off as being aggressive. The only reason I did a 2 star review was the pool is very nice. Nice seats to sit on and very pretty surroundings. The toilets are not cleaned. Spiders and spiders webs are everywhere. The mop is in a bucket just for show. It never gets wet.I tripped on their speed humps while out walking and then an elderly lady fell over and injured herself badly. The Manager Julie just pretended it didn't happen and sat in her office. The elderly lady broke her nose and jaw. Wasn't even acknowledged by Julie. We had a problem with our towing vehicle (rear ended) and it was just get your caravan out of the site by 10am!" "We're full "The young woman who runs the cafe is snarly as wellI don't recommend this caravan park

Stayed at the park in May with family. Our ensuite was disgustingly filthy and rundown. Park in general was disappointing. No wifi, internet service non existant, too bad if you had an emergency and needed to call in or out. Staff unaccomodating when we had an issue after our stay. They were rude and disrespectful with other people's property. Appalling customer service from Tracey and Denise apparently two managers..they offered no help to rectify the issue. They're happy to take your money and any items left behind..wouldn't recommend them or the park unfortunately. A very disappointing holiday to say the least ..

Good location and picturesque however, no phone reception, WiFi allocation is only 1,000meg bites per day and keeps dropping out. Toilets old and poorly lit. Park poorly maintained. Trees are dangerous as not maintained. Reception staff very unhelpful. Way overpriced for what you get. $40.50 for powered site that had bull ants. We did not enjoy our stay!

Well laid out Park, excellent camp kitchens with indoor & outdoor lounge areas, on site Cafe, open fire pit, beautiful surroundings & easy distance to city, Only probs is phone & internet service is at best poor, even WiFi drops in & out. Not the park operators fault I know,
