Lovely manager and great service, polite friendly and helpful despite the significant lack of sizes. They do have very regular stock top ups though, and the store is kept very well for how busy it can get. They usually have all the latest styles, and super cute matchy outfits and swimwear that are on trend but don't cost the earth.

My wife visited this particular Cotton On Body and mentioned it was a beautiful store. It’s spacious which allows for fantastic visual merchandising, which in turn makes it easy to find particular items you are after.Staff are very helpful and friendly.She bought a couple of items online and needed to exchange styles/sizes and she was made to feel very comfortable in doing so and certainly didn’t feel like I was a hassle to the store team. Although she couldn’t find anything to exchange my items for, one particular staff member was helpful in organising a gift voucher for her and explained the other stores it could use the voucher in. A great experience overall

I felt really really uncomfortable walking in, I have been in a few times and none of the girls come up to you, they just chat to each other, one of the girls was having a conversation about when she was ovulating and about pregnancy with another girl that works there, being an older lady I felt so so so uncomfortable that me and my friend walked out, I hate to leave a review like this but I won’t be coming back.

Utterly disappointed. I had previously called and had arranged an item to be put aside provided item code and everything as I had to drive from far away. Upon arrival it was the wrong item. No genuine apology for the inconvenience, just excuses from staff. Totally unprofessional incompetent service. Will not be shopping here again.

Customer service wasn't the best as I wasn't greeted, staff members were chatting amongst each other while I trying to find underwear sizes for over 10 minutes. Staff were also rude and disrespectful when I asked about the same style and size bra, due to the seam coming undone. I was about to purchase from this store but I wasn't willing to give my money to such rude staff. Very disappointed.

I didn't like clothes at front entrance, but someone pulled me in and at the back there are awesome clothes, lots of shoes and sleepwear, bras. I ended up loving it.

Went into store to look for workout clothes, girl at counter ignored me completely not even saying hello. So i left to look somewhere else, ended up going back and was searching for shorts on display but couldn’t find them, trying to do it quickly as i had a sleeping baby... girl ignored me again, not even acknowledging me.. put me off so i left so disappointing. I work in customer service, this is the worst i have experienced. first rule of customer service, jobs last customers first!!!
