Had a service done by Dicky, great service, very helpful and patient. Answer all my questions and alway keep me updated. Had my bike back within 24hrs. It’s so shiny and clean that it feels like new bike day after 2 years! Highly recommended!

5 star service, excellent communication. Bike was picked up at lunchtime fixed and delivered back 24 hours later. Very reasonable prices and a very professional outfit. In fact the bike is better than when I bought it brand new!. thanks very much Dickie

Very pleased with Dicky & the team for their efficient and friendly service. Did a great service and tyre replacement on my bike with a quick turnaround time at a fair price. The pick up and drop off service was a great bonus. Would absolutely recommend Waverley Cycles to anyone looking for an easy, efficient bike service.

Brilliant, the customer service was fantastic.The bike works like a charm now, and with a very decent turnover time at that.On the second bike, the brakes were completely shot, but Dicky offered to replace them at a affordable price, complete with installation and cleaning of other components.Would definitely recommend and return

Great service from Dicky. Booked online and he picked up our two bikes the next morning. He serviced both our bikes and repaired one and then returned them same day and I was out for a ride. Great service, turnaround and price.

Excellent service! Had no idea there was a bike service business that collects and returns your bike! Customer service was great - pick up from home day following booking and returned it promptly. Had a couple of calls to let me know what the bike needed and the cost. No nasty surprises and they clearly knew a lot of detail about my bike! Also got some good advice on my bike in general. This will be my bike repair service of choice from now on

Hadn't ridden my bike in 12 years which was looking very tired in the garage. Definately needed a service so I googled repair shops in my area. Actually couldn't believe how good the reviews were for Waverley Cycles, I thought they might be fake. Them picking up your bike and bringing it back to you in 24 hours? Yeah right. Shouldn't have been so skeptical. With one days notice, they picked it up at 11am and returned it to me at 3-30pm. On the same day. I will write this now and say that is the best all round service I've had anywhere in my 58 years. Well done Waverley Cycles, you've got my business forever.
