We would rate 5/5 for professionalism and 4/5 for schedule of fees and charges. We hope any additional charges like extra time needed for reading and interpreting the conveyancer's notes and selling contract were to advise prior. When we were requested to pay in full before report is released to us, it did make us feel that we were humiliated in a way like we were in a position/someone who is not willing to pay for the service?
