Limassol Motel

Never again, 1st of all I was overcharged $60 on the written quote I had, and when I queried it the rude and obnoxious owners passed the buck to the booking agencies yes it may have been them i dont know but if you use an agent then why aren't you on the same pages of pricing. 2ndly when I complained about the extra $60 the response from the owners were if you don't like it then we will just cancel your booking. Weak cop-out reason so they didn't have to deal with it.3rdly I asked for a ground floor room as I am paralysed down one side and can't climb stairs. Was told in a very rude manner we can't change rooms around so you will just have to hold on to the rail on the stairs.Never ever use this place, the owners are just plain rude and nasty totally discriminate towards disabled, don't provide disabled access and quick to pass the buck. Simply not good enough and the value for money just wasn't there. Very poor place overall. Very pathetic attitudes by theOwner's

I stayed here 15 years ago, loved it then - rooms have been upgraded, staff are fantastic! Great pool, brilliant location, I appreciate the personalised service. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

This was a great stay, we booked a room the morning of and still the owner was fully accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the entire motel was super clean. Would stay again and thanks so much to the awesome owners. Would rate 6 out of 5 stars

Excellent customer service. And breakfast was a home cooked meal and on time so we could get on the road.They went extra mile to accommodate us and trailer, they also stayed up later for our check in, as our travel plans were delayed unexpectedly.Hard to find good old fashion service, but these guys get a thumbs up from me.

The first thing I noticed was the most scrumptious vanilla and blossom perfume flowing through reception, followed by big smiles and a warm welcome.The rooms were immaculate! I was super impressed by the cleanliness and colour scheme. They have clearly hit the jackpot with their cleaners. Owners are very kind, helpful and friendly. If you need anything you will find everyone is very approachable.A great selection for breakfast and whoever is making the eggs, awesome job. Pool is crystal clear and very enticing.Can not wait to stay again. Thank you so much Limassol.

The bathroom had mould on the walls and ceiling. The pool was shut at 6pm during school holidays. The manager, John was aggressive and swore in front of my nephews. Pretty disgusting behaviour. Definitely won't be staying there again

We stayed here for one night (last night!) and it was hands down the friendliest, comfiest place we have stayed on the Gold Coast so far! The room was a good size, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were absolutely lovely and every interaction we had was friendly, warm and welcoming. Our first choice for any future stays!

Friendly staff. Were very helpful and considerate. Good location. Very comfy beds. Great pool. We were only there for one night so didn't take full advantage of the amenities. Rooms have a fridge, fans, air conditioning and our room had a small balcony which was nice. Great value.
