Initially installed an econotube but were not satisfied with the result so we upgraded with the 'Heavenly' duct change over. The supplier was responsive and the install was professional. The service ensured we were happy with a better result.

Dealing with the Coastal Skylights team has been such a breeze, from initial on-site quoting, through to skylight installation, everything progressed like clockwork. These guys are just so friendly and professional, and they REALLY know their stuff.For example, on day of installation Matt checked out our property inside and out to make sure the skylight would be positioned to capture the most sunlight (our house is surrounded by tall trees) while still being installed in the best possible position inside our kitchen/living room. Our ducted-aircon limited our placement options but Matt was bang-on with final placement.After discussing our requirements, they recommended the ideal solution - their top-of-the-line skylight (which was actually cheaper than what we initially thought), the Solatube Brighten Up Series, Raybender dome, 1.2m Infinity.Matt arrived on-time and ready to go. The whole installation only took about 2 hours or so. To say we were impressed is an understatement.Plus, he took great care to not make much mess at all cutting through our ceiling and roof, and completely cleaned up behind him. Our kitchen/living area has been transformed into a sunlight flooded space and we couldn't be happier.

Very good company to deal with. Used them for the first time for the installation of a Solatube skylight, which has been an excellent investment. We have just had a Solar roof ventilator installed which is doing exactly as promised. No dramas or issues, just great and friendly service

We had skylights installed by Matt and team 15 years ago with no complaints, when we finally got around to putting in more, the team was once again responsive, professional and the BEST!

We've used Coastal Skylights and ventilation to supply and install all up 4 illume solar powered led lights. Two in our current home and two in our previous home. They're a great company to work with. They have great communication and always keep us in the loop. Workmanship is excellent and they're on time and organised. The solar powered illume lights work very well. I've just ordered another one for a dark area of the kitchen. Happy customer.
