Essendon Mitsubishi

Completed a service on our brand new car. Didn't install the oil filter correctly and all the oil was pumped out. The engine was running dry with no oil. When we contacted them we had to force the car back to them they advised it was ok to run the car like this. They didn't want to except and reasonability for the error. Do not go here use another service department. We will be taking them to Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce as this service is not acceptable.

Dealt with Cris who was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly had a different approach to a stereotypical salesperson. He was in no way pushy, and it was apparent that he was there to help us gain knowledge on the vehicle, not just there to sell to us. When we explained that we would be purchasing elsewhere, he maintained professionalism and even offered to help by vetting the other offer. It was a great experience all around

Fantastic new car purchase experience. Dilara was very knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi range, no high pressure sales and super personable. Didn't necessarily intend on purchasing a vehicle today but it just made sense. Very happy with the brand and the warranty.

Overall Good Service with Minor OversightI recently had my Volkswagen Passat serviced at Essendon Mitsubishi, and I must say that the service was mostly positive. The staff member who dealt with my car was knowledgeable and seemed to have a good understanding of what was happening with my vehicle.The servicing itself was well-done, and my car is running smoothly post-service. However, there was a minor oversight – they forgot to clean my car before returning it to me. While this doesn't impact the performance of my vehicle, it's a small detail that could have made the overall experience even better.Despite the cleaning oversight, I would still recommend Essendon Mitsubishi for their expertise and the quality of their work. I just hope that they pay closer attention to the finishing touches in the future.

I spent 3months waiting on GWM, only to cancel my ute and then was greatly helped by the team at Essendon Mitsu on my new Triton.Nathan and David were there for my every call and question. Couldn't be happier with the service and vehicle.Highly recommend

It was so lovely to go in and see all the friendly people at Mitsubishi Essendon!! They make you feel extremely welcomed and buying a car with them was super easy with no stress at all. I loved the car I looked at, they are all so luxurious and beautiful to drive. I had the pleasure of meeting Dilara, she was incredible and very helpful! it was also really nice to speak to someone that could have a laugh and joke around, it made me feel very comfortable. Overall I have had an awesome experience with everyone at Mitsubishi Essendon they are a great team!

I visited the Essendon Mitsubishi to walk around and Nathan came over to say hello and offer a helping hand. He gives good advice and focuses on providing services that meet our needs. It also took care of finance with Joe as well. Which is impressed with the service.

Quite disappointed with the service from one of the sale man at Essendon Mitsubishi. He seems to be if you not saying the price that he want to hear, he not even care to talk to you or have an expression. He might be working there long enough and should change the job. I did go to other dealer before even if the deal was not as expected, the staff was still quite engaged in the discussion and follow up after the meet up. No doubt why there are so many negative review about this dealership.

I’ve had multiple dealings with Mitsubishi Essendon over the last two years and have been extremely underwhelmed on all but one occasion. Communication from the service department has been lacklustre at best and required constant follow ups. After the last experience, I requested a call back from a manager which was never received. Further, I’ve found the salespeople to be quite mixed and on one occasion, sarcastic and rude
