Great bunch of lads who are extremely knowledgeable about their industry and overly friendly. Prices for repairs are about average for the industry and you are given plenty of options before they commit to the job that has been sought.There are lots of accessories for phones ipads and tech gear in general. The is also a good selection of 2nd hand phones if your repair is cost prohibitive.Being inside a mall give you protection from the elements, wind, rain and sun and parking is usually plentiful inside and out. Also the convenience of shopping at anchor stores like Woolworths and Aldi (if you choose to wait) and speciailty stores and eateries is always welcome.

Terribile experience! Brought my iPhone 8 Plus with a charging port damaged and system damaged too.They broke the Retina display and replaced with a cheap one.Sound level was in working condition and after them is not working anymore.Replaced the battery still not sure if with original or not cos even that one it’s been broken by them.After 25 day they gave me back my phone in the worst condition then before.Actually this case it’s been reported to the consumer fair.I’m waiting some news from apple store which is checking if the phone can be repaired and which damages this shop have done, and if they take some original parts from it.Absolutely stay away from this shop and from the people who work inside.Rude and unprofessional.

Hi I was also stupid enough 2 use Sy Tech without reading the reviews... I gave him my Samsung note 22 ultra 5G for a screen fix , He assured me that he was using genuine parts , On receiving my phone my calls were dropping out & my mobile data was not working, This went on for 3 months ,So now I took my phone 2 the Samsung store & they informed me that my phone was fixed with non genuine parts & it would cost $1,138 2 fix& his answer was 2 abuse me & tell me 2 go 2 fair trading...Were not done Simon ... Believe me ... I want a refund

Since I fixed my screen iPhone 11 max, I believed he took everything original iPhone from my mobile and swap for cheap. Exemple my battery used to work full day, now my phone stay %100 just for 4 hours. He shattered my camera. Dodge place, doesn’t worthy. Better buy new phone than allow this guy take our money and stolen the good pieces of mobiles that we cannot realize.

this place is horrible do not go here. i got my back screen fixed and ever since it has been so glitchy and my phone just randomly turns off. THIS PLACE IS APPALLING
