My mum and I have been coming to this salon for a while and absolutely love the new owners and staff! Kim always knows exactly what I want done and does an amazing job. Lyn is very friendly and her work is beautiful. I recommend it to all my friends.

like every other local asian nail salon, they did the design i shower really well they just need more pinky nude powders. the location and exterior of the shop gave off a bad impression but the work was really good. service was great nothing outstanding but i did love how they had a hand lotion by the sink. lots of workers had time for many walk ins. 5/5

I had a great experience at Lush Nails. Easily made a booking the day prior. I showed the girls a picture of what I wanted done and within 45 minutes it was perfectly complete.Then shifted over to the foot bay for a pedi with Vivian. A wonderful service while in a massage chair. My feet really needed this service!!The ladies were all so accommodating to everyone that walked in the door, with or without a booking.

New owners and staff not as good as the old owners and staff. I’ve been going to lush nails for about 3 years and was happy now been 3 times with the new owners and they just can’t get it right and don’t last as long. We have a loyalty card that got 2 stamps after having ur nails done cause u spend more than $50 I only get 1 stamp now and pay $65 which is more than before

Recently under new owners and prices have been raised to what I think is a bit excessive for the service. Staff are friendly.

I have been coming to Lush nails for years. I have always had a great experience until today. The nail tech was really rough and filedthe skin off the sides of my fingers then drilled the skin off my thumb, it bled and she tried to put the skin flap back. No apology. Then she disappeared for 10 minutes with no explanation, came back and said she couldn't find the colour I chose when I came into the shop. It appears that the shop is under new management so I suggest they train their staff not to be rough with their clients not only for their client's comfort but to reduce any chance of infection

All staffs are very nice and friendly. They do nails beautifully as their skills are excellent. Specially, there are a lot of normal and shellac colours for customers to pick. And customers also have many choices from SNS and acrylic colour.

One of the ladies named Lucy or so violently screamed at me continuously during my manicure because I told her she wasn’t doing what I asked for. The man who manages the salon looked at me and just interpreted what she was saying and went about his day. No apology no nothing. As someone who experiences social anxiety I was extremely uncomfortable and continued experiencing palpitations till I left. The emotional abuse I experienced at this nail salon has really left me scarred so anytime I need to do my nails I just keep putting it off. This salon is a very horrible place and they say nasty racial things about the customers in their language. You can tell from their facial expressions. I would think twice before patronizing this business. Very hostile and nasty place for anyone to be
