Easy awesome service provided and very accommodating where possible. Have used them before and will definitely use them again.Bonus was I didn’t even need to go in there to arrange the delivery. Only thing I needed to know was the product I wanted, the day I needed it delivered and Tania was done in about 5 mins.Highly recommend.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. But driver who delivered the soil just wanted to drop it somewhere and rush. I just asked him whether he could assist in removing part of the backyard fence to unload it there. He said straight NO which sounded bit rude for me. Also no phone call given before delivery. Driver just arrived home straight and called me. One star lost coz of the Driver's attitude.

If you read just one review, read this one...We had an issue with a product we bought so I contacted All Green and explained the problem. The owner and manager agreed to come out and have a look and did. I wasn't sure how the meeting would go and was pleasantly surprised by their calm and courteous demeanour.They both quickly acknowledged the issue and devised a solution that exceeded our expectations and the communication by staff throughout was very good. As a result, our family now has a backyard we always wanted and we couldn't be happier, especially our kids.Also, during the process, I chatted to various staff involved in helping us and all of them spoke very highly of the owner as a man of strong values and someone they feel very loyal to. This, I think, speaks volumes about the business as not many businesses have staff who all feel that way about their boss.And I think that culture flows through to their customer service as we were really impressed in how they dealt with us, from start to finish. The owner genuinely cares about the reputation of his business, his staff and his product and is a man of his word which is hard to find these days.We sincerely thank you Romeo, Matt, Andy, Dave for everything you did and the manner in which you did it. We are impressed and very grateful!

When ordering a truckload of topsoil to dress my lawn, there was not an option for delivery time which did not allow me to complete my task. Truck driver did not wait for me to show where I wanted to tip off the soil and drove onto my lawn causing damage that I had to spend time and material to fix. The soil had lumps and debris such as hard and soft plastic as well as glass, nails wood and rock that I have to look careful and extract from now on.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Assistance with placing my bags of pebbles in the work area allowed me to complete a job that would have been otherwise too heavy. Good quality products at a reasonable price.

Very large collection of garden items and friendly staff who are down to earth to help.I have got guidance on how to lay Weed Matts and small & big pebbles efficiently.They will mix small and big pebbles too if you want.Finally I really love the quick and fast delivery in few hours and the SMS delivery status was very handy.I was able to do all the work on my own in time.

Update: All Green has reached out to try and rectify. They have been very professional and easy to deal with. They believe there might be an issue with the screening equipment that will be inspected. I'll leave this review up as I will still be picking rocks and junk out of my lawn for the next 6 months. If you are getting the lawn mix have a good look through before spreading.Had a previously good experience with mulch and crush rocks. Just got supplied lawn mix (supposedly suitable for top dressing) that is full of broken glass, rocks, plastic, and what seems to be building site rubbish.

Would highly recommend purchasing gardening supplies from All Green at Hoppers Crossing. The staff (front desk, phone customer service and driver) are friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. That's a big plus to me as it's happy staff = happy customer". Hope they keep up the good work as I'll be purchasing more bulk supplies from them in future."
