Phoenix Street Children's Centre

Excellent childcare and staff who are open to work with families and the children, especially those who many need additional support.

I enrolled my daughter into Phoenix Street after reading reviews from other parents on a local Facebook group. Best decision I made. She commenced when was 8 months old and attended 2 days per week. I was so nervous, however, the educators in the nursery were beyond excellent with her. They made sure she felt safe and comfortable until she settled in (which took a while!) and reassured me every step of the way. My daughter was only there 3 months, but during her time there she thrived. The genuine care and support she received was beautiful, and really put me at ease. She only left due to relocating out of the area. I was so incredibly sad about leaving (and still am!). We're already planning to visit in a few weeks! The centre may not be as flashy as other centres in the area which is absolutely fine - the more important thing is that your child is being looked after by high quality, caring educators which Phoenix Street has.

My little one have been going here for almost a year. The educators and staff have been incredibly supportive, accomodating and kind. Not only it was challenging trying to start childcare during lockdowns it was also our first time going through the process. Can't thank the team enough for raising our precious child learning so much everyday!

We had a great experience with both our kids here over a few years. They still talk about the yummy food and playing in the mud pit!

I sent my 3 children in here! They always take care of the kids ! Always happy!
