Dear McDonald's in Armidale,I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, my visit was quite disappointing due to a number of issues with my order. The chips I received were cold, and all of the burgers were lukewarm. Additionally, I had to ask for the rest of my chips because two large were missed, and one of the cheeseburgers I ordered was served without any meat.As a customer, I expect to receive high-quality food and service at McDonald's, and this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope that you can take steps to ensure that similar problems don't happen again in the future.Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback, and I look forward to a better experience the next time I visit.Sincerely,Tom Burke.

Ordered extra pickles on a quarter pounder, was 1 in total, same order got a cheeseburger standard, no pickles. Do you not train you employees, company is to woke and soft, Harden up. Train them right do them right and then the orders will be right.

I have always experienced an excellent level of service at this store. Today that service rose to an entirely new level when I drove through at about 9:30am. The young gentleman at the drive through afforded me a simple act of kindness in my hour of need that I will not soon forget! Individuals with these personal qualities are rare and I count myself fortunate for having met him! Further, genuine individuals of this quality promote your brand in our community as no other medium is capable.

Well, it's a McDonald's (or Macca's here). Food is consistent with what you expect. The staff is friendly and food came fast enough. Dining area is reasonably clean. And the staff got everything right for both of my complicated orders (dinner and breakfast on different days).

Customer service was dismal through drive through. They did get the order correct which was a win for Macdonalds! I don’t appreciate my 2 x chips in the bag upside down!! Nothing drives me more insane. I don’t understand why they can’t stand them the right way up so I’m not digging through the bag and repacking the chips! It’s not rocket science. We drove 5 mins down the road to accom and the wrap was glued to the paper. Not sure why. It was a first. But was edible.

Toilets were absolutely disgusting at 7.30am. Looked like they had not been cleaned for days.No service or help at all. Saw an elderly gentleman wait for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged him.

It was a quiet day today when we visited. The restraunt was tidy and the food was fresh. The lady who was cleaning and running the food for table orders was really sweet and went above and beyond.We were disappointed the play area was closed, but the sign said it was due to vandalism, so it was really not the fault of the staff.We grabbed a couple of coffees on the way out and for a maccas coffee (which I usually don't like) they were pretty good, and the barista was very courteous

Food was absolutely appalling. Even my Nana who is not one to complain was disgusted at her burger which contained no salad and almost no cheese. Garden salad was almost all lettuce and very bland. My Grilled Chicken Ceaser Wrap was sickening, and the chicken and bacon was very dry, and wrap was overloaded with sauce.This is absolutely disgusting. At least I can compliment the cleanliness of the restaurant which was one of the cleanest Macca's I have been to.Improve your food presentation and quality and I will consider coming back to a Macca's restaurant somewhere in Australia.
