I wish I could give this a 10 star rating. This salon ticks every box.... the customer service is outstanding, the ascetics are on point AND most importantly you leave the salon looking like a million bux without having to break the bank. So in love with my new colour and adore my new cut! Ps. They cater to a variety of hair types and are highly skilled at doing so.Went in to my nails done, utterly pleased..... After trying out extensions at multiple salons nobody can ever get it right. Grace at Beauty Flow has changed my life with the service, quality of extensions and the way they are placed. Perfectly blended and I have received compliments daily on my hair. So easy to make a booking with Beauty Flow, the staff is super friendly and make me so comfortable which makes me want to return to the salon for any treatment. I highly recommend and would definitely never go elsewhere for any treatment. Thank you Grace and the Beauty Flow team for your amazing service. If I could give 10 stars I would. xx

I have tried many well known hairdressers in Sydney and was never fully happy or impressed with the results until I was recommended to Beauty Flow! I have now had a few cuts, colours and keratin treatment and can confidently say that they are amazing! The staff is so friendly and talented, they know what they are doing, what to suggest and make sure it lasts a longtime. I have had 3 keratin treatments so far and ALWAYS lasts 8month!! My blonde highlights never turn orange anymore. I live 30min away and it is totally worth it. The service, quality and long lasting end results are unmatched. I highly recommend!You can also get your nails done at the same time which is a big plus for me.

Such an amazing salon. Yemen took me from brown to Copper and I was so happy with the results. She was amazing. I couldn't fault this salon. It's a one stop shop! I book my hair and nails on the same day and leave feeling like a boss everytime. Very reasonable pricing as well.Thank you so much!

My favourite go-to nail salon! Not only it's nearby, but the service the team provides is also top-notch! I'm the quiet one there, but they always made sure I'm welcomed and comfortable. Most of the time, my nails are either broken, short and they never fail to make it perfect. They are amazing at what they do, attentive and love the vibe in the salon! Highly recommend!

I have been to beauty flow a few times now. Grace is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. I have found some of the other staff quite welcoming and friendly as well but a few also quite rude and blunt.Last time I was in I asked for an extremely simple Christmas nail pattern which consisted of a few sparkle lines through 2-4 nails and was told “not enough time”. I booked my appointment with plenty of time and this was a little disappointing especially considering Christmas only comes around once a year.I was really hopeful for a great experience here as I have heard such great things but my experience has felt a little different to most reviews I have seen..

When it comes to my hair, I have always been very particular to use a hair dresser who I trust and is amazing with hair. Grace is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and phenomenal with hair. I have been seeing Grace for so many years, and highly recommend her services. I have always had a memorable appointment whether it is to have my hair cut, hair colouring/foils and keratin treatments. The salon is so beautifully designed and comfortable. Grace cares for my hair and my daughters hair.
