Australia Post - Northgate Bulk Dock

Seems they are pretty good at NOT processing mail through the center.According to the tracking information the letter I'm waiting for (registered mail) has been sitting there for the past 4 days.

Several packages just seem to stop at NORTHGATE QLD. Some sitting there as long as 15 days. What’s the issue there?

My parcel has been sitting at Northgate for a week. I am very upset as it has my engagement ring in it.

If I could give this sorting facility zero stars then I would. My package that was posted by the sender on the 11th November has been sitting at this facility since the 16th November (nearly 3 weeks) The package has been processed for delivery five times since the 16th November and it still hasn't left the facility! This package was an important end of school year gift for my daughters teachers. Unfortunately my daughter has now finished school for the year and was unable to give her teachers the gifts that she chose for them.

(UPDATE 05/02) still no delivery of this letter nearing onto 4 weeks now, got a message back from Auspost on FB saying they have apparent 'staff shortages' and was supposed to arrive by the 2nd of Feb (5/2 still undelivered) . So they lied about the weather issues and still refused to send it or add updates. The event for this letter has since been cancelled. So I don't need it anymore. Nothing comes out of Northgate Bulk Dock.Tracking ID RPR33EQ900054100342494601, has failed to get delivered from Northcote Bulk Dock facility in nearly 2 weeks, they refuse to deliver ... refuse to reply to inquiries and are a failure of a business. There is no reason for any shipment delays. It's just a letter from Brisbane to Sydney. They can't even do that. Fraudulent business. This letter is now either lost or stolen. if it ever does get shipped (I won't hold my breath) I will refuse to accept delivery. ETA was January 13 - 16, Lol!

Our daughter's passport has been sitting at Northgate since Sunday. Enquiry sent to Auspost but haven't heard back yet. Clean up your act Auspost! We clearly aren't the only ones affected yet obviously nothing is done about it. Something like this we NEED URGENTLY!

Mail goes there and never comes out, sits there for a week or two. Lost a few thousands worth and they all turn a blind eye. Management needs a shake up.

My replacement credit card was mailed 17th Jan. and was delivered to Nambour on 22nd Feb. and it was Priority" mail! LOL!And the envelope had been torn open at one end!I don't accept any excuse

My parcel Passport" has been sitting in the North gate facility for 6 days .. since the 18Oct ... and is still there now 24th Oct... we NEED our passport ASAP ...."
