I've been attending private yoga sessions with Chicha and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to start learning yoga or to improve their practice. She is based at home, which creates a calm and peaceful environment perfect for practicing yoga.During our sessions, I found that she was extremely knowledgeable, always providing precise cues and corrections to my posture, which helped me to deepen my practice and avoid any potential injuries. I started my yoga journey with Chicha three weeks ago and I am beyond happy with my experience so far. I have not had a lot of yoga practice in my life, and Chicha has made me feel very comfortable and explains, and demonstrates, the different poses in great detail. I have moved my body in ways I never thought was possible! And I have Chicha to thank for that - her guidance, encouragement and support has been wonderful. I look forward to my yoga journey to come, and hope that this almost 50 year old can one day perform the lord of the dance pose. Truly a great workout! Chicha is a very patient and excellent teacher. Her flows are challenging but with her expert tips, I could do them! She instills confidence and is very encouraging. I love the fact she accommodates my early morning times.
