I bought my exc. Bike around three weeks ago, delivery was on time, staff working there are vary very helpful, if I need to buy anything else ( of course what they sell ) my first priority would b Fitonline for sure.

Brought bodyworks gym equipment with leg press LBX900LP bolts missing fit online claims it is my fault but that is strange if I put the wrong bolt in the wrong place then I would have bolts left over instead of purchasing new bolts to complete the gym.Go to the website to make a claim it does not work don't waste your money on this website their product warranty is worth nothing

Probably one of the easiest online purchases I’ve experienced for such a physically large object (treadmill). Immediately after purchasing I received emails informing me of its status. Only took a week to arrive in Perth, even during COVID locked down borders. Easy to assemble, had my first run on it within twenty minutes of box opening. Rang to thank them and ask a follow up question, and they actually answer their 1800 number with a real life Australian person. They then provided lovely customer service and an immediate response.

You have organised the courier directly. How about you escalate this with them instead of telling me to sit tight and wait for the item to arrive. It is such poor customer service.I have already paid for the item that I have not received for almost 2 weeks. it is ridiculous that I have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive from Sydney. Not the first item I have ordered from Sydney before and the last time I have purchased an exercise bike it arrived within 4 days!I have been told over the phone by your sales rep that it should arrive within 5-6 business days, tomorrow it will be 10 business days. In the future if you want people to do business with you make sure you do not make promises you cannot keep.Ordered an exercise bike from these guys on 26/10 and I am still waiting for the delivery to arrive!!!Have emailed them multiple times but no updates provided. After doing a bit of research Fitonline seemed to have the best value with their products overall and the best price on delivery. They had a lot of information on their products and the compare function and videos were great in helping me decide what to buy. I ended up buying the Bodyworx TM2500 treadmill and I love it! It was delivered really quickly and was easy to assemble. It feels very sturdy and great value for all the features included. Definitely recommend this site!

Purchased the Bodyworx TM2500 Treadmill & protective mat online to help get rid of WFH weight gain and a bit of social anxiety due to family members getting covid. Had the Treadmill for almost a week now and love it. Great size, good power, not as loud as I thought and Bluetooth works well. Bought the mat to avoid static, protect floorboards and reduce noise for neighbours who live downstairs. Great product, very happy with it. Spoke with with Theresa initially who was only happy to answer all questions I had. Took just over 2 weeks to deliver, the technician / delivery guys set up very quickly and were very friendly and polite, took the hassle out of setting it up and explained the functions to me which was great. Would definitely recommend Fitonline and will buy from them again in future if looking for any additional gym equipment.

didnt really want to leave this review but i submitted a bad review for a bike that i purchased. I submitted the review a month ago. Sent an email asking when the review would be posted for the bike and never got a response. Obviously dont stand behind the products they sell
