The worst employment agency in Hobart. Employees are a joke and don't know how to respond to clients appropriately!

Fantastic applied for my dream job today! Fingers crossed!

I arrived at the office for an appointment two weeks ago. When I arrived, I was the only jobseeker there and the employment consultant I usually saw was away from her desk, with her jacket draped over the chair she uses.So I sat down in the waiting area. Some minutes later, another client (young brunette) sits herself down in the visitor chair beside the desk of the consultant I had an appointment to see. (It appears she pushed in to be seen to earlier.)Eventually, the consultant returned to her desk, but proceeded to deal with that other client first. I have never previously seen another job seeker walk over to a consultant's desk, without being called over first.Afterwards, I filled in and sent a form to Wise Employment about the incident, but I have not received a reply since.Another matter is being switched over from one consultant to another, despite the one I first had contact with, still working there until apparent leave takes effect later in the year.

A dedicated, educated and knowledgeable bunch of industry professionals. They WILL help you. First of a kind I've seen within the industry and I've been around the traps. Kindest regards and thanks crew.

And they do it for you. I have never had a positive experience with a DES. Wise employment Hobart was no different. Whilst they offered a number of supports, when I actually needed their help, nothing. The help that I requested was filed in the too hard basket. I eventually found myself a job without their help. Absolutely ridiculous to call this a service where it would be better described as a burden.
