Great service. Purchased a new Victron (an expensive and usually reliable brand) charger, new charger died that night, I took it back and even though Victron usually take a week to get a replacement back they were happy to give me a replacement of the shelf to get me on the way, without any hassles. New one works great.

Worst service ever!Brought my van and asked them to put the roof racks, solar panel and battery, which I bought them before.They first said it would take 2 days but that they would do “their best” to do just in one day. When i ask them to give me a budget first they said they wouldn’t know how much it will be…After 3 hours in the same day I went to see the progress, they were already done with my van, I didn’t even receive a call! After the stressful moment I understood why, they charged me $1.620 for that job.It was ridiculously expensive! And I haven’t got a reasonable explanation why…

I cannot say enough good things about the team. We broke down while travelling but managed to make it to the shop. The staff were out helping us straight away, tested the battery to make sure it wasn’t the alternator and had us back on the road in no time. Very friendly and answered all my questions.

Didn't have my battery in stock, offered to get it later that day but needed urgently,but didn't suggest trying banana coast batteries just a few doors down who did have my battery so customer needs not that important.

Great personal service.The staff knows their product and testing regimes etc.Neat well laid out premises with good displays.If not in stock they can get it quickly.Good prices on a wide range of batteries and related products.The stock batteries for the dreaded NBN so if yours works and then the back up battery is dead they have replacements.

I dropped in yesterday unannounced and was met with a smile and a can-do attitude. A quick test of the battery revealed it was indeed at the end of its serviceable life. They had the battery in stock and it was fitted for free in five minutes. I have waited longer for a coffee. But the main reason I wrote a review is because I want to acknowledge the wonderful service with a smile. It isn't as common as it should be lately. Highly recommended.

Had issues with the car remote. Popped in to Battery Boys on the way past and they fixed me up in 5 minutes for 12 bucks. Service was terrific. Bravo to the Battery Boys.
