The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It’s great to be greeted by name every time I approach the counter. They know where my parcel is before I produce the delivery code or card. They are part of what makes living in Monbulk great.

Great helpful staff, but not being open on Saturday mornings makes it hard to pick up if you miss the 5pm deadline otherwise no other complaints

Clean shop, professional and capable employees.Very impressed , with Monbulk post office ,been there over 18 times , and Same kind of professionalism each time from different members (they are not rude passive aggressive or scared of international transactions like the other post office close by . Had a random discussion with a neighbour who has had similar experiences hence the review.Rudeness is just unnecessary and a sign of ignorance, just sad.
