I met Fiona after I started building my duplex ,I was puzzle with the amount of choices I have to do where I don't have a total floor plan to see the whole pictures.i google a decoration services.some web site came,filled my enquiries, Fiona was first to sms me then we met.Our first meeting I raised all my needs from furniture selections, to the building duplex in construction process where I have to to changes for vanities add wardrobe, use the small spaces for storage.She was great in communication and putting the plan .then she send me the contract for all the expenses. The building interior finishes was going fast ,she was helpful in making my decisions easy for vanities,kitchen,chandelier. I choose everything ,she just advice.We had one day together to choose the kids toy room at ikea and the vanities at harvy Norman.then most of the furniture she advice of some online places.some I agree some I went my way in picking.The budget was tight.i had to tell her to cancel many items.with vanity I had double cost because of miss communication between the kitchen guy and Fiona.Then she recommended for cost reason to get her husband to assemble the kids toyRoom and do all the hanging on the wall of pictures frames,TV. Ect.She said it will need one afternoon couple of hours.Because Christmas we delayed the date even though I move to the house.I was happy with the loungue setting,with the room and bathroom decoration specially the kids room.But the work did not finish in the whole day and other day afternoon..I did pay her in advance the assembly of ikeaikeas kids room. And we agree on the total other work on the day.Her husband did not finish the kids toy room, I called her to set a date. she increased the cost of the other items by 250 dollars on top what I paid.i said that was not our agreement.i ask her to finish the kids toys rooms assembly . She promise to do it after new year.yesterday I called her after tooMany sms,she said to find another handy man.the payement of the ikea assembly her husband was doing it as a favor and had made discount dollar of the rate!!!!!Not happy with the outcome. I am not happy with the broken promises.our first meeting she showed me me all possibilities of decoration.on the ground many times I was disappointed how much she change her mind .Then when she mismanaged the timing of finishing the hanging of allItems and toy roomAssembly. Then changing her mind on the go of cost without agreement .Not happy with the service .Sophie el khoury

Fiona has been amazing in helping us with the colour choices for our house! She has great ideas that have helped us in creating our dream home! Fiona is very passionate and willing to spend the extra time with us to ensure the perfect details in our new house! I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is very flexible!
