Super dodgy. All friendly and smiles in the purchasing phase, no time at all for you once you've handed over the cash. I bought a second-hand Kymco here which had completely flogged out valves. Easy to diagnose once it's fully warmed up, very hard to diagnose in a two-minute test drive at the shop. I really don't doubt that they knew it was knackered, because as soon as I started calling them after purchasing it, they either fobbed me off or stopped answering altogether. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

My father purchased a second hand 4 wheel motorbike from this company & in little more than a week he found that the driveshaft spline was stripped & had been packed with cardboard. He also found that the crown wheel had been welded to the axle & the diff housing was cracked. When he approached Richard Renato regarding this he received no assistance & after which was not able to get in contact with Richard again. Very unhappy as my father is a pensioner & had saved for some time to buy this bike which he now has to pay to repair out of his own pocket. Cannot recommend this company due to this very poor experience.

We have had a 5errible experience so far. We bought a new land boss side by side and after 4km it blew the radiator fan fuse and began to warm up. It has now done about 20km and another 3 fuses. We called to find a solution and we believe our calls were being screened. Eventually we got in contact and brought in the bike. During their diagnosis they couldn't find the cause of the fault an claimed no responsibility. They wouldn't even deliver it back to us.A very poor experience and kinda scummy behaviour.
