Flowers on Sorrento

I buy flowers from here regularly and they always go above and beyond. Last week I ordered a standard arrangement but asked if they could add some Hydrangeas as these are my partner’s favourites. They did and they were simply amazing.

Not only does Flowers on Sorrento offer some of the most beautiful arrangements I could find when looking for flowers, the service provided was above and beyond. Let me provide a little back story: I was looking to have flowers delivered to a hotel at which I would be staying. My party was checking in on Australia Day (observed), of which I was unaware. Instead of ordering through the site, I worked directly with Alicia to ensure some of the native flowers were still available and, despite being at the end of the season, Flowers on Sorrento had plenty of beautiful protea and birds of paradise.Alicia made a beautiful arrangement and kept me abreast of any changes that were necessary (a square vessel instead of rectangular). She even delivered on the observed holiday!

I placed an order an hour from closing time on Saturday afternoon and the lady was so so helpful in helping me choose the arrangement and went to the local liquor store for some bubbles to add to my order.The bouquet was just beautiful and the recipient truly loved them. Highly recommend

Rang and asked for 6 succulent in a tea cups for some friends as a gift to be delivered, the lady I spoke to had to make them and would have them ready the next morning. By 11am I had my order delivered and they were amazing! Beautifully presented and everyone loved them. Thank you for such great service and for being so nice :)

Wow thanks guys you done a great job with the delivery to Mantra Sun City today, I've been getting deliveries from there for years you never fail to impress, I really appreciate it as I was in my truck coming back from the sunshine coast when they arrived. In spite of huge renovations in the complex making access to the Florists shop slightly difficult in June 2021, it was worth the extra kilometers on our trip. Such a nice person to deal with and so helpful. Our relatives that we were visiting were blown away by the arrangement from 'Flowers on Sorrento'. No wonder she has a 5 star rating. The arrangement in the photo was similar to ours except ours had sprigs of white leptospermum in there. Very happy customer here.
